• Personalized or made-to-order items cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

• We’ll provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address (please note: return addresses may vary depending on the product).
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly — either with a replacement or a refund.
